ANGLE CONTROL TYPE RAILING APPARATUS FOR WATER LEVEL

A railing apparatus capable of regulating the angle depending on water level is provided to prevent debris suspended on the water from staying around the rail by automatically folding the rail when the water level rises. A railing apparatus comprises an installation groove(11), a float(20), a rack gear(30), a pinion gear(50), a hinge rod and a fixing bracket(70). The installation groove is formed on the lower part or the wall of a concrete base layer(10) and makes contact with water surface. A guard net(12) is installed in the installation groove in order to prevent escaping of the float and protect the float. The float is installed in the installation groove and moves up and down according to the water level. The rack gear is connected vertically to the float and provided with guides protruded in the longitudinal direction on both sides. The pinion gear is engaged with the rack gear and fixed to the lower part of a post(41). The hinge rod is connected to the pinion gear and the post. The fixing bracket supports both sides of the hinge rod, and has a rack guide in which the rack gear is inserted.
