PURPOSE: A flow control valve having a shutoff valve function is provided to prevent the set value set up by a user from being canceled when a flow passage is shut off.;CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve having a shutoff valve function is composed of a valve body(10), a rotation shaft(20), a spindle(30), and a flow control port(40). A flow passage is formed in the valve body and a connecting unit is formed at one side of the circumferential surface. The rotation shaft is inserted through the connecting unit and is rotatably installed within the valve body. The rotation shaft controls the opening/closing state of the flow passage according to the rotation operation with a valve hole formed in the position corresponded to the flow passage. The spindle is rotatably insert-installed in the rotation shaft. The flow control port is insert-installed in the rotation shaft and is combined to the spindle to control the opening rate of the valve hole according to the rotation operation of the spindle. A guide groove is formed in the rotation shaft. A guide bar is formed at one side of the circumferential surface of the flow control port.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
