Flood disaster prediction system using a GIS

A flood disaster predicting system using a GIS is provided to construct flood-related information of a particular river valley as a DB, and to link the flood-related information with indirect information such as rainfall, soil property, and drainage information of rivers, in a complex way, thereby previously predicting progression of a flood to reduce damage. A flood overflow model providing module(120) constructs flood overflow information accumulated according to each region and each period, and provides the constructed information. A water gate simulation model providing module(130) constructs information on accumulated water gate opening/shutting data, and provides the information. A landslide technique providing module(140) accumulates landslide information, and provides analysis technique information for landslide progression information.
