PURPOSE: An ecological septic plant island having a multi-functional landscape architecture is provided to purify water naturally, and to make a habitat space of various aquatic organisms. CONSTITUTION: An ecological septic plant island(10) having a multi-functional landscape architecture purifies fresh water in a constant space environmentally-friendly. The ecological septic plant island includes a frame member(110), a floating member(120), clay soil(130) and a fresh water space member(140). The frame member is formed to a grid form having constant size. The floating member is formed to a column shape. The clay soil includes a vegetation foundation partition(134), a lower part vegetation foundation material(132), and an upper part vegetation foundation material. The fresh water space member is formed to the bottom of the frame member.
