FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: bone trepanation is performed by means of electric drill and chisels. Solution of brilliant green and water peroxide is introduced during operation into endosteal cavity through perforation hole. After operation, control of gemoseal condition in remaining bone cavity is carried out due to active drainage. After drainage removal, osteogenesis stimulation is carried out 2 times a week by puncture and introduction into bone cavity of mixture consisting of 10% solution of calcium gluconate and 2% solution of novocaine.;EFFECT: method allows to reduce treatment term, recover function of extremity.;2 ex, 4 tbl, 10 dwg
