System-integrated approach to managing the primary labor union independent business enterprises is different from the others in that it: diagnoses the conditions of growth of productivity of primary labor unions and their use in the system of motivation and incentives of management and engineering activities to independent business enterprises; ! investigates employee satisfaction with their work; ! determines the potential increase in the productivity of labor, the growth of individual and collective productivity; ! analyzes the potential growth of positive motivation of individual employees as well as the whole labor pool; ! exploring the nature of the relationship between workers and managers of primary labor union; ! determines, based on sociological, socio-psychological, sociological and mathematical and benchmarking approach integrative indicator as an integral characteristic of the state of socio-economic and social processes in the primary labor unions; ! develop measures of quality changes in productivity growth conditions, increase positive motivation of employees, changes in the nature of their cooperation in the joint venture and to the predominance of the development of relations of cooperation and mutual assistance; ! inform the head of the primary labor associations of enterprises for directions to increase their role in the intensification of life and more fully utilizing the capacity of subordinate employees, as well as changes in stimulation and motivation of management Dey
