FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials production and can be used for obtaining silicate wall products - silicate bricks, tiles, blocks, wall panels, hardening during autoclave processing. Granulated compositional filler for silicate wall products, made from composition including silica-containing and lime-containing components, is made in form of granules with size 0.5-10.0 mm, consisting of core and envelope, where core is obtained by granulation of mixture of milled together until specific surface is 150-250 m2/kg silica-containing component - Tripoli, diatomite, silica clay and alkali metal hydroxide with their weight ratio 0.70-0.95:0.05-0.30 with binding agent - water solution of sodium silicate with 1.2-1.3 g/cm3 density in amount 0.1-7.0% of mixture, and envelope is formed on core surface by rolling it with dry dust-like mixture of milled together live lime and sodium hexafluorosilicate with their weight ratio 0.85-0.95:0.05-0.15, with further hardening to strength not less than 2.1 MPa. Raw material mixture for wall products manufacturing, including, wt %: said filler 5.0-40.0, live lime 10.0-12.5, quartz sand 50.0-82.5. Method of obtaining silicate wall products, including obtaining of said raw material mixture by mixing its components, moistening mixture till humidity of formation, formation of products under pressure and their autoclave processing.
