FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to microsurgery. On a surface of tibial nerve, artery (vasa nervorum) is localised. On the opposite side thereof, epineural membrane of tibial nerve is dissected longitudinally along the full length of tarsal canal. Edges of epineural membrane are detached along no more than half-circle of tibial nerve with visualising primary in-trunk columns. Epineural membrane of in-trunk columns are also dissected longitudinally over separated tibial nerve.;EFFECT: method allows preventing destructive foot lesions in diabetic patients.;1 ex
