METHOD OF ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSTICS OF NECK OF UTERUS 'MATURITY' IN PREGNANCY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstretrics, and can be used to determine degree of pregnant woman organism readiness for delivery. Ultrasonic transvaginal examination with application of three-dimensional Doppler mode is carried out. As a result of building three-dimensional neck of uterus histogram vascularisation index (VI) is determined. If VI is higher than 5.0%, "mature" neck of uterus is diagnosed, if VI is from 5.0% to 2.0% - "insufficiently mature" neck of uterus is diagnosed, if VI is less than 2.0% - "immature" nack of uterus.;EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy of determining degree of neck of uterus "maturity" and degree of woman's organism readiness to delivery.;3 ex, 1 tbl
