The invention relates to the field of rail transport and is designed for automated accounting of receipt of diesel fuel in the tanks, storage, release on diesel, as well as for analysis of diesel fuel in locomotives.; The technical result is to create an integrated automated system of receipt, storage, dispensing and consumption of diesel fuel in rail transport, which keeps track of the passage of the cycle of diesel fuel for locomotive economy of its receipt to the stationary fuel storage base to the specific expenditure on the locomotive with an analysis of its consumption.; The system performs automated level measurement, temperature and density of diesel fuel in the tanks. Measured information is provided in a fixed processing system that correlates this information with the data transmitted by radio from the registrar of the parameters of the locomotive works. The stationary information processing system provides mapping diesel movement process in real time on the signals from the sensors. The system calculates the volume and weight of oil, its distribution. Possible to detect leaks and unauthorized discharge in the whole cycle of passage of the diesel fuel from stationary objects to the rolling stock.
