The method involves transmitting a data order from a telecommunication device to a data provider. Ordered data is transmitted to the data provider as response. A security paper is allocated, and is provided with a security paper code in definite identification. The security paper code is input in the telecommunication device for ordering the data and the security paper is sold. The security paper code is transmitted to the data provider from the telecommunication device by general packet radio serviceor universal mobile telecommunication system.
