The movement has a timed balance motor (30), a spiral spring (31), a pallet (29), a fork (33) and an escape wheel assembly constituted of an escape pinion (26) and an escape wheel (27), which are carried by a hour hand (18) and a minute hand (19) of a hour display. The pinion is kinematically coupled to a fixed minute wheel (11), where the wheel (11) is concentric to axes of the hands and integrated to a plate (1). A frame (6) and an axle (7) are engaged with a center pinion (4) which drives an axis (3) of the pinion.
