The device has a solar tank (1), thermal insulation, weather proof outer shell (4) and solar collectors, where the device is exposed to the sun and constructed in a free standing manner on premises independent of new or existing buildings. The solar tanks are assembled with different diameters and heights. Different thermal insulating materials are integrated in a space between the solar tank and the outer shell, where the thermal insulating materials are compatible with the temperature of the solar tank. The solar collectors are attached with different functions and different sizes.
