The cosmetic emulsion comprises molecular oxygen, 5 wt.% of non volatile oils, 4 wt.% of volatile oils, and 8 wt.% of moisturizer. 5-30, preferably 10-20, particularly 12-17 vol.% of oxygen is provided.
