The changing device has spindle reaper, scarifier, sweep or lawn ventilating devices arranged with working tools in tool spindles. The tool spindles have center disk with coupling elements at wedge faces. Adjustable couplings for bearings and drives are arranged at the device frame of inner side of guiding blocks for the center disk and transverse in axial direction of the spindle axles. An independent claim is also included for a method for changing working tools for the ground and lawn conditioning device.
