An arm-support device includes external (2) and internal (3) tubes interlinked like a telescope. The upper end of the external tube continues as a U-shaped device (4) to tuck under an arm so as to hold a user's elbow with guiding sides for guiding on both sides of it. Underneath the device to tuck under an arm there is a handle (5) for supporting a user's hand. A foot (10) couples onto the bottom end of the internal tube. Below the handle for supporting a user's hand there is a device on the external tube to couple to the device tucked under an armpit.
