The method involves submitting document data stream of a document data analysis, which has dismantling of document data stream in pre-determined ranges and analysis of the pre-determined ranges for the extraction of meta information. An order support data is produced automatically, which is assigned to individual range or groups of ranges. The document data format of the merged order support data file is of Postscript(RTM: Not defined), Advanced function presentation (AFP)(RTM: Not defined) or Mixed Object:Document Content Architecture (MO:DCA)(RTM: document architecture) format.
