The element has a mineral insulating element and a capillary-guiding calcium silicate cover plate. The pressure and bending tensile strength of the capillary-guiding calcium silicate cover plate, are in the range of 6 Newton per square millimeter. The cover plate thickness is in the range of 12 millimeter. The heat conductivity of the insulating element, is below 0.05 Watt per meter Kelvin. The insulating element is selected from a group consisting of aerated concrete, porous concrete, foamed clay, pumice stone or foam glass. The cover plate is detachably attached to the insulating element.
