The housing (1) has a fan motor holder (2) connected with the housing as a single piece by using a connection area (4). The connecting area exhibits a predetermined breaking point, so that the holder is separated from the housing. A screw dome (6) and a screw plate (7) are provided at the housing and/or at the holder. The fan motor housing and/or a replacement fan holder are mounted at the housing by using a detachable connection. The detachable connection is designed as screw connection and as snap-on connection. An independent claim is also included for a method for changing components arranged in housing.
