The device has a turbulence producing mechanism for producing turbulence. A conversion mechanism is provided for power conversion, where the conversion mechanism is provided for transformation of power, which is in a form, of the turbulence into another form of power. The production mechanism is provided with a power bearing area (E1) that exhibits a stepped and circularly rolled up power bearing surface end. Diameter of the rolled up power bearing surface end corresponds to a tenth length of a power bearing surface length.
