The machine has a light stepper sport device (1,2), mounting plates (3,4,5), step height limiter, underlay slab and screws. A rotary-slide balancing block is fastened, in a height and towards front and rear adjustable manner, on the stepper base frame, in the geometrical middle points (O,O-1) of the pedal access surface and the support surface formed by four bracing safety cushions. The cushions are fastened in a height and inclination adjustable manner, on the lower side of the stepper base frame, and in the four outer most edge points of the quadratic adjusted stepper base frame.
