The steering wheel (3) has micro-switches (9, 11, 13, 15) integrated in an outer region of a left radius arm. An engine of a passenger car is switched off and/or switched on by the micro-switches, where one of the micro-switches with engine off function is attached on a right side of the steering wheel, and another micro switch with engine on function is attached on an opposite side of the steering wheel. A region around the micro-switch is padded with a flexible plastic. Position of the steering wheel is clearly identified by color labels.
