Disclosed is a pressure accumulator, valve, and distribution unit comprising an integrated recoilless valve system and distribution/conduction system (A1/B1) as well as an electronically sensor-controlled electromagnetic or mechanical discharge valve (I12) which can be manually actuated or torn off to initiate the recoilless opening of control valves (E1) and main valves (D1) once non-return flaps (C1) have been closed due to the prevailing pressure differences, such that large amounts of compressed air or stored gas can be used within the shortest possible time interval via adapter connections (J1). The disclosed pressure accumulator, valve, and distribution unit can be utilized for rapidly and recoillessly filling inflatable portable protective covers for persons or airbag systems that are fixedly installed in vehicles, for filling smoke sealing cushions or liquid sealing cushions, for actuating devices or locking elements, for inflatable protective suits worn by persons eliminating mines or explosives and parachutists, for sealing leaks in ships, and for inflatable hail protection systems in motor vehicles.
