The method involves separating text of source language into individual word. Points are modulated in an international commission on illumination-luminance saturation hue angle model uniformly and an image is submitted and transmitted into the points that are assigned into target language in accordance with the principle of color ontology words. Each word in the target language is compared with the text in the target language. The source language and target language are compared with each other, so that the treatment of the text within the same language is taken place. An independent claim is also included for a device for translating text of a user defined source language in text of a user-defined target language, comprising a text receiving device.
