The combination has a photovoltaic-solar module (3) using sun light as a source for producing energy/current, which is used for operating an artificial light source (4) radiating light in different directions. A position of the module is selected such that radiation of the light is ensured in a mandatory illumination region (6). Unused quantity of light is used for energy recovery by the position of the module in non-mandatory illumination region (5). A reflective surface of the module reflects light from the non-mandatory illumination region into the mandatory illumination region.
