The device has horizontal and vertical linearity optical sensors for examining momentum- and/or stroke process of a billiard player, where measured values of the sensor are electronically processed in a small box, and are outputted to a device for acoustically communicating to the billiard player. A retainer is provided for retaining the optical sensors. A billiard cue is pushed in an intersection of the optical sensors.
