Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) catheter, preferably for vascular system, with a coating, comprises an amino-/carboxyl-functional group, oligonucleotides, microbodies, a C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP), proteins and/or an oligopeptide, which has a specific bonding affinity for cluster of differentiation (CD) of 34-positive cells, prevents proliferation and is directly delivered to the vascular wall.
