摘要

The mechanism has a casing (7) at a tower (3) of an offshore-wind turbine in an elevation range of intensive flow admission. The tower is arranged with a flow resistance-favorable surface structure such that sea current (14) i.e. strongly distinct waves, exerts smaller horizontal forces on the tower. The casing comprises an outer wall, an inner grid strut and a horizontal rotating base (7c) provided with rolling bodies. An upper portion of the casing comprises deflector surfaces extending transversely to a flow direction.
