The plate (1) has a belt drive with two sections, where each section has a belt. The belts work with a common shaft including a double belt-pulley comprising belt grooves. The double belt pulley is mounted on two swivelled arms such that one of the arms swivels around a rotation axis of a belt pulley of a drive motor (7), and the other swivels around a rotation axis of a belt pulley of a vibration exciter (6). The arms are mounted in an articulated manner around the rotation axes of the two belt pulleys.
