The starting and landing method involves direct flying of a helicopter in transport machines that are loaded and unloaded through a large rear deck. The helicopter is landed in the transport machine by a metal cabriolet roof. A system is provided with a transport aircraft, the helicopter, a hoisting platform, e. g. workshops and the metal cabriolet roof.
