The device has different speed zone regions containing prescribed speed with a navigation device (3) and/or with electronic integrated information system program for digital indication of individual fixed speed zones (4). A speed regulator (2) is assigned per communication by fixed programmed zone regions according to information control. A sensor (7) detects speed shifting process of the regulator at or near a steering-wheel (1) and a level or step like stepping function device (6) and/or at a gas pedal (5). The sensor regulates the shifting process.
