The prosthesis (1) has a cover (4), which exhibits a concave curved upper side (5) forming a joint surface, where the cover consists of plastic. The cover is connected with a press pin (7) fixed at a lower side (6). An expansion sleeve (8) has a longitudinal slot and an anchoring unit (10) extended in a circumferential direction at an outer lateral area, at an end. The longitudinal slot and the anchoring unit are partially anchored in a substantia compacta (11) of a thigh bone in a form fit and piercable manner, in a usage condition of the expansion sleeve.
