The system (1) has receiver modules (2-6) for receiving data, and a bus system (78) provided between a multiplexer (7) and a de-multiplexer (8) for transmission of the data, where the bus system includes a wireless bus. The receiver modules are provided with antennas (20-60) and analog/digital converters (21-61). A signal processing device (9) includes a demodulation unit and/or a decoding unit. The receiver modules and the signal processing device are spatially spaced from each other and are arranged on two circuit boards and spaced from each other. An independent claim is also included for a method for transmission of data in a motor vehicle.
