The electromagnetic tripping device (23) has a magnetic core (101) and a moving armature (102), a coil assembly having a tube, a magnetic circuit with a core yoke plate, on which the magnetic core is fastened. A yoke armature plate is clamped by the armature and comprises a yoke side part connecting the core yoke plate and the yoke armature plate. The magnetic circuit has an insulating material housing with insulation material plates. The tube is integrally connected with the insulating material housing and the armature is guided in the tube. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) method for manufacturing an electromagnetic tripping device (2) circuit breaker, particularly selective main circuit breaker.
