An end of a reset spring (9) is indirectly fixed via a spring retainer (11) in a valve seat carrier (12) of the pressure control valve. Another end of the reset spring elastically subjects the piston. The reset spring exhibits different winding diameters. The spring retainer comprises a guidance section for the reset spring. The reset spring and a base section (13) are provided with resting units that are gripped with each other.
