The element has a guiding device, which is partially magnetically conductive, where the guiding device exhibits portions of ferrite. A linear or laminar heating conductor (3.1.2) is partially formed from an electrically resistance material. A set of thread or strand-shaped heating conductors is electrically connected to each other, and is shifted next to each other in a plane/surface and/or on a carrier (3.2.1), by the laminar heating conductor. The linear or laminar heating conductor is arranged between a cover and a heating conductor carrier (3.1.1).
