The mat has a strip-shaped plastic web (10) as a matrix, in which a mineral material i.e. sand, is embedded for increasing weight. The plastic web has a thickness of 2 millimeters, and is provided with through-holes (12) i.e. round holes, which are arranged over a surface of the plastic web in an evenly distributed manner. The mat is made of polyurethane or elastomer plastic material. The holes have a diameter of less than 10 millimeters, and are arranged in a surface portion of 5 percentage of the plastic web.
