Aqueous liquid formulation (I) comprises: one or more phospholipids (a) (0.1-30 wt.%); coenzyme Q10 and/or its derivatives (b) (0.05-20 wt.%); blueberry extract (extract of Vaccinium myrtillus) (c) (1-20 wt.%); and one or more polyols (d) (5-90 wt.%) comprising aldose, ketose, reduced aldose and/or ketose, glycosides of aldoses and/or ketoses, 3-6C-tri, -tetra-, -penta- or -hexa-ol. Independent claims are included for: (1) a solid material obtained from the formulation by drying, preferably spray drying or freeze drying; and (2) a pharmaceutical preparation comprising (I) or a solid material.
