The method involves sectionally heating a metal part from 150 degrees centigrade to 270 degrees centigrade away from a polymer molded part using an induction heating process, conduction process or infrared radiation. The polymer molded part is maintained in a pressure holding phase for 5 minutes using external mechanical pressure. The metal part and the polymer molded part are brought in surface contact with each other, where the polymer molded part is partially or fully vulcanized before contacting with the metal part. The metal part and the polymer molded part are pressed with each other. An independent claim is also included for a system for performing a method for producing a connection system between a metal part and a polymer molded part.
