PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wakefulness from being erroneously determined by a road shape to accurately estimate the wakefulness.;SOLUTION: Steering angles dakaku are integrated to calculate an integrated value dakaku_sum (S24) when the steering angle dakaku is within ±15° (S22), a wakefulness road shape correction factor R_hosei is set at 0.5 (S28) when the integrated value dakaku_sum is within a set level area (S25, S26), and the wakefulness is prevented from being erroneously determined by the road shape, by reduction-correcting the wakefulness H for evaluating the wakefulness by the wakefulness road shape correction factor R_hosei.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
