The present invention relates to an inhibiting additive of the formation of hydrates from gas for water-based drilling fluid, the additive comprising at least the following constituents in percentage by mass: - a mixture of glycerol derivatives comprising between 10 and 55% of monoglycerol, between 15 and 32% of which, between 5 and 12% of triglycerol; - between 0 and 10% of at least one salt of a carboxylic acid, - between 0 and 45% of at least one inorganic salt.
