The casing has two half-shells connected to each other, where one of the half-shells has a membrane (46) constituting an impaired zone directly obtained by molding of the half-shells, where the casing is made of a thermoplastic material e.g. aromatic polyamide. Circumference of the membrane has square corners favoring strong concentration zones of the constraints. The half-shell (40) has a peripheral edge (42), whose shape is adapted to a peripheral edge of other half-shell.
