The device has a paper tape on which a valid number is directly inscribed, where the paper tape is enclosed in a storage case (2) that is closed with a key. The paper tape is issued from a magazine reel (5) that turns a thumb wheel (7) and moves in-front of a printer (1) and a window (3) for allowing a voter to control a registration, where the window is provided with a magnifying lens. The magazine reel is wound on a take-up reel (4) for conserving a witness part by archives in case of contestation on exactitude of ciphers enunciated by a voting machine.
