The process for preparing forged parts (4) having a tensile strength and high elongation, comprises forming forged parts from a wire rod (3), heating forged parts at 830-900[deg] C, and subjecting forged parts to first and second tempering at 100-300[deg] C and 300-400[deg] C respectively. The forged parts are soaked in a salt bath for 60-130 minutes and 30-120 minutes during the first and second tempering respectively. The forged parts are pre-heated at 550-650[deg] C for 30-90 minutes before heating. The forged parts are formed by subjecting the wire rod to a first spheroidization annealing. The process for preparing forged parts (4) having a tensile strength and high elongation, comprises forming forged parts from a wire rod (3), heating forged parts at 830-900[deg] C, and subjecting forged parts to first and second tempering at 100-300[deg] C and 300-400[deg] C respectively.
