The system has a delay determining module (12) determining a delay predicted from end of execution of a software program, and including a non-linear extrapolation module (18), where the modules are integrated circuits. An analyzing module (13) analyzing an evolution of a parameter representing estimated time for executing iteration steps. Another analyzing module (14) analyzes evolution of the determined delay through iterations. A data library (11) e.g. data base, contains data representing execution problems according to the evolution of the parameter and the delay. An independent claim is also included for a method for managing an execution of a computer software program by an agile method.
