The circuit has a selection device i.e. multiplexer, receiving digital video flows digitally processed by a digital processing chain and selectively providing one video flow in output. A processing module i.e. microprocessor, controls display of the video flow, and receives display command of the flow. The module controls processing of the flow by the chain and determines another video flow to be processed, in response to the display command. The module controls processing of the latter video flow by the chain, and provides a selection command of the former video flow to the selection device. An independent claim is also included for a method for digitally processing a digital video flow.
