The device has a clamping stirrup for clamping a lower portion of a leg and connected to a skate by a mechanism. The mechanism authorizes the limited movement of the leg around an ankle in a vertical and longitudinal plane of the skate. The mechanism is located at back of the leg and in alignment with the skate. The mechanism is composed of a lower rod that is connected to the skate by a horizontal axle (24). A plate (10) of the skate is articulated on a frame.
