The system has a pivoting unit (300) constituted by a convex spherical segment (310), and integrating unit integrating the segment with a free end of a part in a crest. Concave spherical caps (320-1, 320-2) with openings (340-1, 340-2) are placed in planes (321, 322) respectively. Planes (311, 312) are separated at distance (D) equal to distance (d) separating the planes (321, 322) for positioning freely the segment between the caps, in a position when the planes are parallel to each other. The segment is positioned congruent in the caps in another position after rotating the segment.
