The device has a pair of identical large quilted straps (1) each including wide and narrow parts (1d, 1e) separated by a seam (1c). The wide part holds ankle of a person, and the narrow part forms a twine (2) such that an opposed placement of the straps around the ankle permits a self locked grip by crossed superposition of the straps. A single node forms a buckle (2a) that connects the straps for being prolonged by a series of nodes (2b). The nodes (2b) form hooking loops hooked to an outer support (3) or to a long anchor master (2c) for being hooked to remote supports.
