The watch has an assembling unit (50) assembling a U-clamp (40) in connection with a watch case (10), where the unit comprises a male-female-sliding unit (60) mounted in cooperation with the clamp and the case by sliding such that the clamp achieves two positions relative to the case. The clamp does not confine a portion (33) of a wrist watch strap (30) between them in one of the positions and confines the portion of the strap between them and another side surface of the case in another position. An unblockable locking unit (70) is mounted in cooperation between the clamp and the case.
